Yes i feel it is still bad because smoking at all does damage to your lungs, but you mentioned it being vaper not smoke, but even so the vaper even without the nicotine still causes brain cells to die almost as soon as you start. Then when you get addicted to it, it starts developing cancer and over a period of time, could cause death.
