if it is division then it would be
[tex] \frac{5}{3} = \frac{3}{5} [/tex]
which would be false but since I could not determine if it is division or multiplying

if multiplying it would be
[tex]5 (3) = 15 = 3(5) = 15[/tex]
which would be true
