Why is the flame of a candle always yellow?

It is because candle flames are low tempature. More temperature would be more bluer.So candle flames are yellow because they are the result of burning low energy fuel in a low oxygen content.And so they are not very hot.(But they will still burn you when you touch the fire so please don't touch the fire)
